Hm it is possible indeed - looking at my new whitelist that is. But I'll just take myself as an example, since it's the simplest and I'm not sure if talking about somebody in a positive way will ban me for "calling out" lol
I have played 143 games with unlocked achievements (when hovering above the total number of achievements a player has, that stat shows) and 72 of them are perfect - making my 100% ratio of played games a little above 50% for the time being.

I don't fully meet your requirements, but shooting for it anyway :)
22% average completion over 480 games I think is still quite high!
Level 30
40 badges
So far - 5 won, 5 sent (2 of those won were massive giveaways, 500 copies and 100,000 copies)

Do my 17000 achievement points in WoW count for anything? lmao

I have the same with 68 less games than you, it's not high at all (for me at least) because we tend to have the most easy achievs that we get when first picking up a game. "Finished the tutorial" "Did your first upgrade", that kind of stuff.

well, I don't think that achievements are needed... I am not playing games for achievements, but for enjoy... but as you wish :) I done everything expect achievements... If you whitelist me is your choice or not

nice idea,i'm an achievement freak myself but i don't meet requirement no3

I meet all requirements but one. Not sure if that is sufficient for a whitelist seat.

Ehh, last two are not going to happen unless I stop buying bundles. And that is not going to happen - bundles allow me to try genres I don't usually play or try something new. And then there are games like Civ5 (1000h+, about half achievements unlocked) or Space Hulk (missing achievement requires couple 100h of grinding). Imo getting 100% too often means a lot of patience for grinding and not playing to the fullest - ie amass XXX gold, find all YYY (that exist only for that achievement) and so on

I know, I know. I don't see the point in those achievements, but generally (was talked about on page 1 in the comments) achievements can (just, can, not do) bring a player to enjoy a game to the fullest extent in some instances.
Added for making me laugh hard with the base3 joke!

Well, yes. Some games have achievement that are fun or (healthy)challenge to get. Like killing deathclaws with weakest weapons in Fallout:NV, or making stealth+pacifist+save the pilot playthrough :)
Glad you liked it, but credit goes to some anonymous internet dweller. (there is also not so nice version in base16)

Generally speaking, I like achievements. Yes, I know its just a simple manipulation, but its an effective one. And it often times gets me to do or play in a way I might not have otherwise done. I'm not going to go to great lengths to get an achievement (i.e. most multiplayer achievements, beat a game several times, max difficulty, etc.) but it will usually get me to finish doing something I've nearly done anyways (collections, demolitions, kill x y-times).

Good luck filling you're whitelist and thanks for the giveaways for the rest of us! <3

Because I failed with my previous comment (by counting some things wrong and editing it, also my GA just ended then, so there were actually gifts unsent), here's another one. Sorry for the second posting. Auf jeden Fall vielen Dank für die Berücksichtigung der Erfolge Deutsch isn't my native language, hope I didn't forget it completely ^_^
✔ 120 games on steam
✔ 27 games won on SG
✘ 27 won / 4 given
✔ No unsent gifts
✔ No VAC ban
✔ 21% games played with achievements are perfect (100%)
✔ 51% average completion rate

Thanks :D And it's an honor to me, because I just realized that you're almost in top 250 on astats!

I am a full time employee and student attending college. I collect steam games so that in the future (or when i have an ounce of free time) i can play them. I just don't have time right now.
IMO, i think the term "hogging" is improperly used because digital copies are unlimited, therefore, there are plenty of games to go around.
but anyway, i agree with basically everything else. Good luck with your whitelist!

Same here ;)
I'm mostly talking about accounts with an astronomical amount of games in the account (I mean, there's a whole bunch of people with more than 2000 games) and a lot of the stuff, a whole lot, goes unplayed. I don't mean to offend anyone and some of those accounts give away a lot on SG, so they contribute back. In return though, I personally don't like the thought of having so many games and still entering giveaways, because, certainly, some wins are going to be left unplayed. Yes, sometimes they plan on playing it but don't, heck, I didn't play all the wins I've won, but going straight for every game? That's disagreeable in my opinion, at leastin regard of public giveaways and my whitelist. Looking at your profile, we both have a similar amount of games. I've got about 60 games I'm still planing on playing, but I know for sure, that some of them won't be played, at least, not in this lifetime lol. And then there's a huge pile of shame of around 200 games in my account, coming from either bundles or just bad games I've bought - man I wish I could sell those again, even if it's just for a few cents of steam credit - or give them away, instead of having them rotting in my library =(

I don't even come close to your requirements, but understand them and think it's good you're hitting this gamer segment with some love. Just wanted to give you another supportive comment

Ah blasted, foiled by the second to last requirement. If it weren't for that I could have made it. Nice idea tho!
Comment has been collapsed.
I meet all the requirements except the first one. :( A lot of people who buy bundles will have a lot of games so it's very easy to get 500+ games pretty cheap.

I like the idea, although it will be hard to see 20% perfects :D
Personally I didn't care about achievements before, but as I started doing them (half year ago), it's additional goal in games so ==> more fun :)
Games with achievements I'm doing now:

Alrighty, so instead of creating a blacklist (I hate blacklists, because there are a lot of people who misuse them imho) for members I personally for whatever reason I disagree with, I've decided to see if maybe I can put up a nice whitelist for people I feel I can agree with.
So, here we go with the requirements:
Now, the achievement requirements may seem arbitary to some, but this is for two reasons: I don't like people "collecting" and hogging games on Steam. That's why the less than 500 games requirement is there (and I think, that's quite high - might be elevated in the future)
In correlation to that, a lot of the games remain unplayed. I like achievements, because doing / achieving them is (often, now always) a nice way to track if somebody plays the games he/she owns to the fullest possible extent. Also a nice way for me to maybe find people who want to do some achievements with me in the future (currently looking for a coop-partner in Gat out of Hell, for instance, who I can do some with)
If there's not enough people out there who are interested or apply, I will lower the requirements, if I feel I can look past something, I'll do that, too.
Edit: Of course I know that some of you might in return disagree with me, but that's just how it is. I don't intend to be rude to anyone.
Whitelist GAs will be either "high-tier" bundled or non-bundled, whenever I feel like creating some
