Debating whether to finally get up a Green Man Gaming account to make Steam purchases. Can the 30% off voucher be used only once, or can it be used multiple times? The detailed information is not clear.

Multiple times. Just be sure to buy each item you want one at a time and enter the code each time. Otherwise it'll just apply the code to the most expensive item, iirc.
