What is this 90's PC game?

I don't have any picture of it but all I remember about the game is that I played it daily back when I was a lil'kid back in around 1998 or so..

It's a PC game where... like I said, I only remember some part of the game, dont know if any of you know the game

1) I remember using a bulldozer to crush down a house by clicking on the bulldozer's wrecking ball(Don't know if its the real name for it) and aiming at the house's wall.

2) I remember that the game allows us to make a.... Well, a burger..

That's all the I remember! I've been searching for it but never found it, it was my daily game when I was young.. *sigh
