Hey guys. I've created a dead space 2 giveaway, and now after 2 days i can't send gift to winner. He didn't accept my friend requiest in steam and didn't see that i've send gift on his email. What should i do now?

if you already sent the key and tried to contact them, nothing to be done. if they won't mark it as received in a week, submit a support ticket with a screenshot of your e-mail and support will fix it.

edit: seems like it's a steam gift, not a key. unless there is a way to undo it, same procedure.
