Another SG puzzle, my first one [ended, solution]

Here a key for all ninjas 54QYK-JZXB7-44X9D.

And here is the puzzle. No hints, no sharing, please.

All you need is

EDIT: 1 days left.
EDIT 2: Hint: You will have to decrypt with AES 128 with password once.
EDIT 3: And to all solvers: THERE is a password for sure.
EDIT 5: Updated encrypted code. Password is still the same. Any problems should be fixed by that.
EDIT 6: Notice: There was a space in the decrypted code, which should be eliminated, i did.

so since it's ended here the way how you could solve it:

Q3: easy
Q4: skip

Thank you for clarifying the answers.
I could not make several online tools give me intelligible results (neither this, nor this worked). After you posted solution I found this one works perfectly. It's hard to understand whether you are wrong with a key or it's a tool that doesn't work.
