Can't sell my cards?

Well I'm trying to sell my foil card and a normal one and it appears that the 'Steam market might be disabled or I don't have permission' to sell the cards... Is it because steam is overloaded?

Yep I've had a card "on the market" for around 10 minutes now and I have yet to see it get posted. My guess is there is a massive blockage due to server load so valve shut down the market to let it catch up.
