The Penumbra Pack. Don't get me wrong, they might be good games, but I suffer from motion sickness, and I think the FoV in those games is very low, so if there isn't any way to change it, I won't be able to play them. :(

WarZ. But I was in the first batch of screwed over people, and in the small group who actually got steam to refund the money and remove it from my games list :)

HAWX, I bought it on steam sale to play dogfights with friends, because it was very enjoyable when we tried it on lan-party. Two days after I purchased it, game servers were shut down. I'm not buying any UBI game for multiplayer from now on. They did it to us before with two Splinter Cell titles, though we managed to get some fun before it happened, but I got tired of buying new SC title every year. Besides after Pandora Tommorow it wasn't that fun anymore.
But most of all, I regret not having enough free time to play all the games I have. I don't like to hurry when I play.

DLC quest. The good point that I got it only for $1.

The stronghold collection when it was on steam, Bastion because I haven't had the urge to play it yet, the whole Tripwire bundle, Napoleon: Total War, should have bought Shogun 2 and of course, last and the least, Ace of Spades.

How can you ever regret buying Napoleon: Total war? It is an awesome game with deep gameplay, diverse nations and amazing graphics! Shogun 2 is even better though.

BlazBlue Continuum Shift Extend.
Bought it to play for story, because I heard it's almost a visual novel. Turned out the plot in this game is incomprehensible mess of anime clichés and time travel. I finished story paths of all characters for 100%, there was a lot of drama but none of them achieved anything in the end - villains won and story ended with sequel hook. Totally disappointing.

Brink, worst single-player ever, poor story and boring/repetitive gameplay.

I think it had it's moments, but was not meant to be a single player game. It was built to be a multiplayer game, and that shows heavily. I thought it was okay in single player, although I lost my temper at the ally AI a number of times, but the same would be true on multiplayer I suppose, just with real people. It doesn't have any lasting appeal for single player, and not much for multiplayer either tbh.

Prior: some formula 1 game for the playstation. My dad never played it and it was bought for him. Huge waste of money. Rollercoaster tycoon 3 - i played it just not enough. Not enough new things to play with made it boring.
Now: Fifa 13 somewhat. I like the career mode but it's not completely to my satisfaction, simply simulating makes your good team d not so good quite a lot. + Crash crash crash at release.
What are your regretful buys?
