Sorry to disturb you again but I admit I'm sometimes (too) curious but I remember watching a lot of TVS/ITV (that channel had publicity interupts) and seeing a lot of publicity for Carling Black Label and Foster's. As I never tasted them because they very hard to find here can I ask if they are any good?

my parents would have not allowed it! the only drink i had that my parents let me have was on my 18th birthday i think .. I had a margarita ... which isn't really straight-up alcohol XD

In Denmark it's allowed when we are 16 years old :D ...but to order it in a restaurant e.g. you need to be 18 though.
However, no one bats an eye if you are 13-14 and starts drinking and goes to parties^^
My father gave me a few glasses of red wine here and there when I was younger :3 (like 12 or something)

I know red wine is healthier but I have yet to try one I've liked. I much prefer white or rosé wines but given the choice, I would probably take craft beers or Southern Comfort based drinks over wine. With that said, I'm off to the kitchen... I've got a nice bottle of Don De Dieu (French for Gift of God) waiting for me. :3 Unibroue beers aren't really craft beers, still they are awesome for the most part

Fair enough :). Don't force yourself then! I like rosé wine, but not white wine.. White wine is just waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too sweet for me... Can't handle the taste. But I try like once a year or so to see if my tastebuds have changed.

Nope, I don't like champagne/wine/beer and everything else I tasted, I think I just don't like the taste in general.

The liquor stores here have a good variety of mead. Some of them are definitely on the pricier side.
It's definitely cheaper to make some myself.

I don't really know - for some reason I drink white wine more often, but white really, really can hurt my stomach just after drinking it...don't ask why I do that, I don't know. I think I'll go with red. If it's good, it's good. If it's bad, you can make mulled wine out of it or mix with some coke :D

Try it sometimes (but don't you dare to waste some drinkable, good quality red wine for it) to mix 2 parts red wine with 1 part coke, or 3 with 1. it's really not bad- not a quality drink or cocktail, but it tastes good (and sweet :D ). Though no wonder that this is popular in the teenagers in hungary, because easy to come across, doesn't really look like alcohol if it's in a bottle and tastes rather sweet. I would say it's like the fruit-flavoured 2% alc. beers - tastes fine and absolutely drinkable, but beer/wine sommeliers are crying when they face these things exist.
(Then I shouldn't even mention white wine with Canada Dry :D ? these are taste like they sound - the soda's taste is the dominant, but you can feel the wine while drinking it, making it quite enjoyable. Main reason for these to exist is to be a half-way between " I'm thirsty, but I can't / shouldn't drink that much wine " and " I want some wine". For example my stomach tolerates it better this way, or you can use the sode to dillute the alcohol if you don't want to actually get drunk, just to get a buzz. But as said, essentially kills the wine, so absolutely no quality wine recommended for these, it would be a waste and a sin in many people's eye )

I don't drink alcohol (anymore), and wine gives me heartburn. I think it's the sulfites, and I've never tried a sulfite-free wine, mainly because I don't drink alcohol anymore. :)

I looove red wine!! But I can't really stand white wine (or champagne for that matter).. Therefore we shall listen to: UB40 - Red Red Wine (plus it's the only wine song I can think of on top of my head =P)
