Conspiracy solved,from the evidence in that thread i feel safe saying it is there attitude and remarks in that thread that got them on so many.That is also the reason they are against the blacklist and instead of taking the blacklist like an adult they want to be able to blacklist anyone who blacklisted them.
Then they think by allowing you to blacklist the person they blacklisted them is some how going to stop a lot of it.Though from what i have read on that thread i doubt that would have stopped anyone from blacklisting them even if they where in returned blacklisted.It is one thing to share an opinion another to do be rude and disruptive like they where in that thread and not be surprised they are blacklisted by so many.

that's what i think too. also when somebody blocks someone they shouldn't be able to enter giveaways from that person at all anymore. it's too easy to just block and unblock at will to enter giveaways

You're looking at it from the side of the person doing the blacklisting.
I'm looking at it from the side of the person being blacklisted. If someone blacklists me and doesn't want me entering their giveaways, that's fine, but that doesn't mean I won't allow them to enter mine, and I don't want that option removed for me.
EDIT: Also, none of that even addresses people who don't want a blacklist at all. Mutual blacklisting forces them to have a blacklist, visible or not.

Honestly, I think it's fine the way it is now. Blacklisting should be a conscious effort made for a personal reason, in my opinion, and not automated by the "system". :X
I don't know, I just don't worry about the whole blacklisting thing all that much anymore. I mean, you have to be a real penis-head growing on top of a dickhead to get on my blacklist anyway. XD

In my opinion it should be a option ( turn on it ot turn off in options) to automatically blacklist ppl who blacklisted you. This would be automatically, and if blacklisted ppl will try to enter it should be written that he is blacklisted due to his blacklist. When he would remove blacklist it should be automatically removed (maybe with some delay) from blacklist of formaly blacklisted ppl. Of course some ppl would unblacklist temporary only to enter giveaway, but I think it would be not so big issue and it would be more fair then now.
But i dont know how much work would put on database/server - maybe too much?:).

Having it automatically blacklist both ways would work against the GA-problem.
But technically would be annoying to implement and cause its own set of problems.

Blacklist should not be mutual. Also you can check if the winner of your giveaway blacklisted you, and you can try a reroll.
Making a system to mutual blacklist, don't allow to enter giveaways, etc. may lead to drama and abuse.
I don't blacklist users and I'm about to remove all my whitelist because I mainly whitelist users who contribute a lot, so I can just create high level giveaways and not bother with any lists.
But there are users how uses these lists, so it is ok to have them, just don't over complicate them.

You greedy and stupid. You can't even imagine, that someone can not want to blacklist back! When I'm blacklisted by a someone I respect - I still WANT him to enter my giveaways. Because, he probably had a reason for blacklisting, so it's me who need to fix my mistakes, not him.
By the way, if you don't know those people who blacklisted you - why do you even care? It means you never even tried to enter their giveaways, and probably never will, so they blacklists simply not effective.
And, last but not least - they all have reasons to blacklist you. So it's you who needs to improve, not blacklisting system.

Also, another suggestion: In the forums, there should be a red "x" or something next to people's names that have been blacklisted. Just so you don't have to check again. :)

This is why you're blacklisted by so many, that attitude. I think the system is fine as it is, anyone who doesn't have a guilty conscience wouldn't need to know who blacklisted them.

If I can understand your feelings, I think that an automatic blacklisting will generate more drama and more reason hunting. I don't want to check my list every week and clean them of automatic blacklist too.
However, letting the choice of seeing the giveaways of people on your blacklist may eventually be a solution for those with a huge list and checking if the creator is in the list or not and that don't want to win from the person.
At least, people wanting to have control over their lists still have it.
