What games do you REALLY want, but can't get for reasons?

I've always wanted to try the full registered version of an old Windows shareware game called Battlepets. It was a Pokemon rip-off and not a particularly great one, but it's something you cannot buy anymore.

This is probably the fate of most shareware games, at least the ones not created by big companies like Apogee. There's always the counter-examples though, like Dataware who are still in business and selling all their old stuff. Some even went free, like Crime Fighter.

Scandinavia DLC for Euro Truck Simulator 2. It is very expensive for me now. And biggest sale was only 20%, I hope it will be at least 50% soon.

Elder Scrolls online and GTA5, why? because valve nerfed my only money income (cs:go drops), and i don't have a job and credit card\bank account, and also steam won't accept hungarian paysafecard.

Age of Empires 2 / Rise of Nations style fantasy mythical lotr kind of rts game.. think rts but with more spell and fantasy mechanics.. can't get it because it doesn't exist..

closest thing to it is well Majesty series and Homm 3 (but that's more turn based than real time) and Warhammer Total War series.. which is coming

Fallout 4. Can't get it because...you know,,,it hasn't been released yet =P

gta v , cant get it coz i own a potato.

I REALLY want GTA V and The Witcher 3... but my laptop is shit for those games and so... I have to save up for a new laptop.

LEGO Racers 2 and Apache Air Assault (the original), both unavailable in digital distribution, as far as I know. :-(

Terraria and Gmod. Just waiting for a sale.

Been wanting Kerbal Space Program for years now. Never goes on a good steam sale anymore. Only had a 15% or so discount during the summer sale. And when/if it was getting a deep discount I was usually unaware at the time.

Also wanted Crusader kings 2 but my god all that DLC! Sure it goes on sale cheap from time to time but it's just too much. I'd rather wait for a complete game but as of right now a "complete" CK2 is like around $159.99.

GTA V. Just cant afford right now. Between starting a new small business and life in general, I just dont have the funds right now.
Elite Dangerous. Same reasons as GTA V.
Watch Dogs too. Even if it wasnt nearly as good as the hype, it still had an interesting concept. But I seem to be out of town when it goes on sale and I always miss it.

I just bought my first "gaming" laptop 3 days ago so I have a lot to buy, but I'll be looking for GTA V in the next sales (because it's so damn expensive).
Then I'll look into some indies (Ori and the blind forest, This war of mine, valiant hearts, etc, can´t remember more) and cs:go maybe, telltale games, etc...

DayZ cause still Early Access and Witcher 3 cause PC can't handle it

GTA V... But I havent enough money to spend in videogames actually, and i'm not really sure i'll be able to run it (i dont really know, maybe in medium, idk)
I want it on Steam for achievements, easy screenshots management, access to friendlist for play with... friends (obviously), etc, but I know the box/steam free is at a lower price
So I just hope there will be a nice sale on it between now and the end of the year !

Seriously, now: basically nothing PC related:
Monster Hunter 4U, but I would have no time to play it in depth;
Bloodborne, but I don't own a PS4;
Many WiiU games but I don't own a WiiU.

Shadow of Mordor. Why? Steam exclusive, which I don't buy. Why? Because I avidly despise the steam client DRM. So I'll either win it (unlikely) or pirate it when the time comes. If they released a DRM-Free version I'd happily buy it.

I thought long about this when I first saw the thread and thought "What the hell? There is no reason not to buy a game unless it's something along the lines of "I'm poor gib games"" but I actually got some of those!
Everything censored or blocked in Germany plus the next-gen games that my PC can't run.
