What games do you REALLY want, but can't get for reasons?

Bioshock Infinite (+ Season Pass). Been trying to save for it forever now, but always end up buying some less pricier game instead, and then I don't have enough again.

Waited for a year to be on sale, finally bought it during the last Steam sale and... Uplay screwed me over. I couldn't get it working by any means, tried everything I could... but, unfortunately, nada.

My most wanted game became my first Steam refund.

Battlefield4, MassEffect3, TitanFall as i deny anything on origin. Still looking once a while if they change their stance upon game ownership eg legal status of bought goods and drm requirement. Last time it was unacceptable for me.

Pirate game, your own ship, sea battles, boarding, open world, mass effect-epic story would be nice, interactive crew, epic quests, backround great colonial nations, politics, romance, betrayals, dozens of cities, islands, caverns, native scary-in jungle tribes, ruins, dungeons, enormous world(Caribbean, Americas only)
mixed Mass Effect/Sea Dogs/TheElderScrolls/AssasinsCreed/ etc.

i was hoping that Raven's Cry will be this but revievs just totally smashed this game

Dragon Age: Inquisition. I adore the Dragon Age universe but it was too expensive for me up until my laptop crashed, now even if it goes on sale someday my new one probably couldn't run it :(

All three S.T.A.L.K.E.R. games- money and probably storage space.

Fallout 4 - not because it's not out yet, but because I'm a student who doesn't work atm and lives on money that he gets from his parents (yep they love spoiling me) :(

They probably won't have any problem with that but I don't feel good buying games with money that I haven't earned on my own, hopefully in the next few months when I finally stop moving around and have more free time from university I'll get a job or something.

Wolfenstein (2009) and Mafia - because they have been removed from Steam! Almost impossible to find and everyone who has them is asking for something like 200+ keys.

Dark Souls 1, because I always miss sales, or have no money :D And maybe GTA 4, for the same reason. Otherwise... Meh!

200% Mixed Juice, because I'm still unable to make online payments. I'd even get it at full price.
