It was because of the faulty motherboard (as I was told). Was watching YouTube, suddenly everything in my room went dark (monitor, light, phone charger). And I smelt something in my room. The circuit breaker for my room tripped.
At first I thought it might be due to the power supply (initial phone call diagnose with the computer shop), but after a full check up, the computer shop determined it was due to faulty motherboard. Luckily, all the other parts are fine, so I only need to replace motherboard and power supply.
