Can anyone confirm whether the steam keys perma-tie the games to your library. I've activated three or four Dirty Bomb keys previously for various things and none of them have.

The worst thing is that kids (as there are mostly kids that play all that crap) are buying it: 130K$+ at the moment. And that's disappointing, low sales would've shown HB that they should not follow other crappy bundle shops and release something like that.
