What are some good sandbox games

Minecraft

Easy! JC, JC2, Fallout3/F NV, Saints Row saga, etc long list. PC only or console? (cuz if console then other will have to do recomendations, I play only on PC)

Terraria.

Kerbal Space Program if you like space.

Kerbal Space Program[me] is a bit different, but I'd still consider it to be somewhere on the fringes of the "sandbox" category.

Mount & Blade: Warband might classify

Terraria and minecraft for creative/rpg type sandboxs
for razzing around and having fun in Saints row,sleeping dogs, just cause 2 are good.

I was going to suggest Farcry 3, but since your PC is iffy how about Saintsrow 3 it's a fun game.
