I've made 3 giveaways few days ago, but I've forgot that my keys have regional restrictions, and I think they cannot be activated in many countries, and I closed all 3 giveaways. Now I want to make new giveaways with regional restrictions but i can't, there is a message "You've reached the giveaway limit based on your feedback, or you have too many deleted giveaways". No I have no more slots at all. Yes, I know it is all my fault, that I don't understand rules of the site(

If you explained it that way in your support ticket, you have to wait. Hopefully it does not take too long, but I would not be surprised if it takes a week or two.

I sent a ticket because the winner of the giveaway I prepared did not respond. A few days later, the answer was given and the giveaway was renewed. When the next person didn't answer either, I sent another ticket. I've been dealing with this nonsense for 3 weeks.
I don't understand why I waited and why winners behave like this. He changed his profile picture, but he is not answering me.

Most likely because he don't have much free time (it's december, that means often stress on the workplace or at home) or is a autojoiner user.
I don't do GA's below level 3, mostly only level 5, because of all the trouble with the winners and the ammount of rulebreakers below that levels.
It is very very frustrating to run behind users that they please please please take their win.....

I have one open ticked from 8 months ago. I've resolved the issue myself, but still dunno why it's still on pending. Had to send one more for deleting a GA, but if that one is not resolved in a few weeks, I'm done making those type of GAs
