Why Don't I Have Bad Rats of Fortix?

i have now been with Steam Gifts for just over a year and I looked in my library. Imagine my horror at realizing there was not Bad Rats, Fortix or Fortix 2 anywhere in sight! I am having trouble coping with the traumatic experience and really need help...
