Since you like Iron Maiden, I'll suggest Rhapsody (now Rhapsody of Fire) with Emerald Sword and Unholy Warcry (yes, that is a metal song with narration by Christopher Lee). Additionally, I'd recommend IRON ATTACK!'s Forgotten to Midnight which is, well...you should be able to tell. Try Burn in Hell for a non-cover selection. Lastly, judging from Arch Enemy that you might like a female vocalist who can pull off a death metal scream, try UNDEAD CORPORATION with When the silver light brings... or Double helix.

Tons of good legitimate suggestions already, so here is a band I just heard about (made the rounds on nerd websites last week)

A Ned Flanders-themed metal band called the Okilly Dokillys. A lot more serious than I first thought. They have some pretty aggressive, though not very polished stuff.

At the moment I really enjoy 3 inches of blood, Deathklok, Sabaton and sometimes Rammstein. My favourite songs are all by Sabaton: Hearts of Iron, Night Witches, Resist and Bite.
