There seems to be a change in their security policy, from now and until 21st of May they're going to ask for 2 factor authentification to get the free games.
I don't mind the 2 factor authentification but I wonder why they're only asking for it until the 21st of May...

Cuz every now and then i keep getting emails requesting access to my account and generating security codes. This keep on happening till i changed my password and set 2fa. I believe they are making us getting used to it ? Or they have a different plan for us freebie claimers

Tomorrow is the expiration date (May 1, 2020) of the holiday sale coupon in case you haven't used it so far like me. I was willing to use it sometime on a sale but I forgot and missed some good deals. Now there is no sale and I am trying to find a good deal near the 15$ mark in order to make good use of it.
Can someone suggest any game? I was looking at Dread Nautical but I am not sure.

The spanish translation reads "juego de misterio", which would imply a mystery genre type of game. Then again it could be just a misstranslation.

That's in "Spain Spanish". In Latin American Spanish it says "Juego Secreto".
But yeah, the translation to other languages seem to be all over the place, so who knows really? 🤔

You can enable email 2FA but it seems to be bonkers right now. Perhaps they get it working tomorrow.

Yeah that was a an unsurprising shitshow of incompetence. The first fiften or so codes I got were invalid, hen there was no option to resend the code so I had to go back and restart the process again. The support links also all lead to 404 pages and the fact the cancel button was before the confirm one didn't help either.

Now it is also on Steam, my guess is - Borderlands 3. Nobody buys base game on EGS anymore, but all those DLC's needs to be sold and is there a better way to achieve that than give away game for free? And to hurt Steam in the process.
