What do I do if I deleted a few games from my account but it's still recorded on SGTools?

Are you sure you can't restore the games using the new Steam support system? OR did you delete them a long time ago via Steam support and not the new delete system?

You can ask the GA creator to delete the GA, but I don't think they will agree

A private GA doesn't work like that. Beside that, why would you enter a GA for a game that you don't want?
