I wouldn't say which is better since they are both unique in their own respect c:
it's kinda like Halo and Borderlands, they're just different.
Killing Floor is much more about survival...a bit , but LFD2 is a lot more co-op heavy
well at least imo

I just started playing killing floor and overall I think I enjoy it more. L4D is more of a solid package and is probably worth your cash, but killing floor hits it with me just for being so damn silly and over the top. Really, it's a game you need to play with some good ol chums of yours who also enjoy dual deagle slo mo hedshots.

they are so different...I'd buy both. Anyway killing floor is a survival coop, you kill waves of enemies..l4d 2 in my opinion have more more variety of modes..IF YOU HAVE TO CHOOSE,I'd say l4d 2 but i love both

If you want real zombies, then none, since both doesn't have them. But, while L4D have infected, which beside those special mutants can be easily mistaken to people on some drugs with few glimmers of intelligence here and there, KF have brainless mutants, so it's quite close to zombies - they just move forward, without any kind of secret plan.

Not even discussed, L2D strongly established itself in the gaming genre, in her excellent multiplayer. I look forward to the sequel

But they're different kinds of games, that's like comparing Dota to Age of Empires just because both have RTS elements
