What's this and why have I opened this?
Well, it's either your natural curiosity or you're actually interested in one of my keywords in the title (ɢᴏᴛ ᴇᴍ).
Regardless, thank you for your attention!
What's my group about in as few words as possible:
Freebie notifications (all the most common sources), occasional giveaways, which I for some reason decided to host in the group itself ¯_(ツ)_/¯, a highly irregular and critical curator AND starting this week (Oct 12) - weekly trivia events with (usually) cheap games as prizes in our Discord.
Here's my reason for having such a group:
I've always considered myself an active member of the Steam community despite me being among the least vocal users. I used to be one of those people who owned raffle groups and always prouded myself for being legit and exposing some of the scammers (still do own them to promote my giveaways). But eventually I lost interest and so did the majority of the members. It left an unfilled space in me and so I eventually decided to create RazeIT.
I wanted to review games, but hated writing very long reviews. I enjoyed making giveaways and recognizing returning entrants. I loved the "Spam chat and whoever has the last comment when I stop it, wins" events, where people always argued that they had someone else as last. And so I try to fill my empty space with RazeIT. It's a passion project. No obligations, no promises.
There are no requirements to join my group. Honestly, I don't even know what I'm expecting to get out of this post. Maybe I just wrote it to speak my mind?
Well, I guess, if you decide to join, I'll see you soon!
TL;DR - I'm not good at writing concise recruitment posts. I got giveaways, a critical curator & trivia with games for prizes.
