the group means it's for people who are at least sort of interested in being part of the community instead of just getting free stuff. the $0.01 means it's for people who also like giving stuff away. the game choice is mostly due to my having a lot of the others.

If your goal is to drum up activity from newer/less involved people, that would seem the most effective option (assuming you don't mind people giving away $1 DLCs just to meet the requirement). However, if you want to reward people who are already involved then a 6+ month/higher contribution requirement would be more appropriate. All depends on what you're trying to accomplish.
