I think the best trophy I've gotten is the Dead Space 2 trophy on PS3, for beating the game on Zealot. While it's not hardcore, it's still pretty hard.

In my case it will be Xcom:EU -Lone wolf Clear a UFO crash site with one soldier on Classic or Impossible difficulty. ( you have no idea, how much sweat i spill just to get this achivement), Our Finest Hour - Beat the game on Impossible difficulty.. Shogun 2 :Against All Odds - Win a campaign on legendary difficulty.
