You really need to wait more time then 58 minutes to 13 hours before actually making a thread like this. The people could have been sleeping when the giveaways ended and then went to work/school right after and not everyone can check before they go to work/school or while at work/school.
As HiroHiro said, wait 7 days, send support a ticket with screen shot of the e-mails that you sent the keys.

Be patient. o_O
None of your giveaways are even a day old yet, most of the people here have lives outside of Steam/Steamgifts, so they're not at their computers all the time.
If after the 7 day grace period, they still haven't marked it received, just do as HiroHiro suggested below.
Make sure you include a screenshot of the email you sent to the winner/s with the keys to their respective wins and support will sort it out for you.

You should stop using so many ellipses. Periods and commas work just fine.

Tip for future giveaways: always send the games via chat, use th e-mail just to notify the winner, but tell him to get online on Steam.

Tip for future giveaways: you may spend a lot of time trying to catch someone online via steamchat.
Especially when you are from different parts of the world, e.g. you are from Europe and he is from Taiwan or you are from Middle East and he is from USA, etc... ;)
Your tip is great when we got some precious gift or winner looks suspiciously. Otherwise I always use e-mail, it's fast and in the case of problems we have proof for support. Steamchat doesn't save converstions history, so when things go wrong we staying without proof.
That's my point of view, cheers! :)

If the winner shows sings of being alive, accepts your Steam request, tries to communicate with you, then you can make sure he knows how the site works, how to activate a gift and how to mark it as received.
You can always use the chat when the other user is offline and he'll see the messages when he connects again, you can take pictures of all messages you send and receive with the timestamp on them.

"You can always use the chat when the other user is offline" thats right, forget about it.
Few times I kept printscreens from chat, but this uncomfortable, I rather like e-mail. But I have a good experience with this way of communication - to this point zero problems with winners of my GAs.
It is good that everyone can choose the way which he like. Cheers! =)

I always use Steam chat, even when the person is on the other side of the planet. Steam allows messages to be sent and received while offline.
Of course, if the winner doesn't want to bother receiving his or her gift, I have no problem re-rolling. It's that person's loss, not mine.
