What subs does Ukraine get for these games then?
Also, if Ukraine gets region locked keys then the gift link notification should say so. When the bundle launched, this was not the case, as you can see from macgamer's post above. Perhaps they replaced the ROW subs with region-locked ones for Ukraine (and for other countries too?) in the meantime.

These are ROW subs. Four of them do not activate in RU, BY. This is already mentioned in the OP:

But then you say that if you buy the bundle from Ukraine, they can be redeemed in RU, BY. How is this possible? They're the same subs as the ROW subs and the ROW subs to not activate there.

If that's true in all cases, i guess that explains why publishers like gamemill gets away with the TERRIBLE products they put up on steam, and they always get new ips to make even more products, even though the quality of the games is just... sad really.

As a person who used to collect removed games, these licensed IPs are always on the chopping block first. (Maybe right behind racing games with licensed music) If any of these catch your eye, this is probably gonna be the rock bottom price to grab them at (and who knows how many will still be available to purchase at all in a year).
Plus everything goes to UNICEF which is super cool of Outright Games to do. In for a tier 3.

You'll probably get varying answers here. Personally I think that you can get much more appropriate and exciting games for anyone being 12 or older.

Bundle worth it if you are a game collector and/or have young kids, otherwise I doubt anyone will ever play these games.
