Went from paying 37,52€ per month for a 300/60 to paying 30,79€ for a 1000/100. No data caps btw...
And that of course equals more GAs for you guys ;)

Around $90CAD($71-ish USD, and 60-ish Euro) for 500/25 (Although some speedtest sites seem to say it goes up to 800mbps). Canada is like... 4th place in most expensive internet in the world. It's insane :(

$55 for < 40 Mpbs, not including tax.

Thank you for sharing an awesome GA and obligatory BUMP!

Normally I pay $50 for 400/20, but because I was temporarily out of work during the pandemic, US Uncle Sam has kept paying that bill. I could get gigabit, but then I'd have to pay extra.

Still staying with my old 20/20 (in reality between 15 and 20) LTE mobile without limits for close to 11 Euro/month in Poland. I could get 300/50 for the same price, but it would be on cable.

why do you prefer LTE mobile to cable?

I move around quite a bit and I don't maintain a permanent residence. I keep renting rooms/apartments, and I'm never sure, if I will stay in a place for a few years or just for a few months.

$38 for 50 mbps, no data cap, strict NAT

Absurdly pricey but have no choice. That $38 is on a third world country so it's even more expensive considering value-wise but either that or no internet at all I guess

Currently paying $90NZ/mth for 1000/500, but about to switch to a different provider offering $49.90/mth for 12 months (same speed, $98/mth after a year).

25/5 for $60 AUD per month .... that is >> €39 / $44 USD / £33

That has to be the worst here ... and what makes it even more disgusting is my plan is actually CHEAP, a lot of other ISPs the same deal is $75 AUD

That's about what I get, it's supposed to be 25 but it's usually more like 15. Seeing so many people pay less for 50 or 100 Mb download makes me, umm, grumpy.

Reading the other comments i thought we were the only ones here with high costs, scumbags got a monopoly being a small country and little competition and they know it. they increased the price 25 euro i like 5-7 years? Under the term "service" which means sponsoring the F1 and soccer.

In the USA usually each town has a cable television monopoly, due to local government regulations, and only 1 (land) phone company. So typically the option is either internet from phone company or cable company. And in many cases phone company only has DSL (like in my house) so the cable company really has no competition at all. Prices for the same service, from the same provider, can vary wildly from one town to the next.

My old house was less than 10km away and I had 1000/1000 fiber internet for USD $60/month. But at my current home no such service is available. So now I'm paying more for less. 🙄

In France, I should pay something like 40€ - my wife works for the ISP, so I don't pay - for a very good fiber line (11ms ping, no bandwidth cap, download peaks at 90+ Mo/s, ups at half that speed)

Denmark be pricey...

Yeah... no, it's really not.

USA = $85 a month for 300/10, and I'm lucky enough to be in an area without data caps. I would gladly take your old speed at your old price, nevermind your current service. :)

$80 CDN ($64 US$ ish) for 75MB down (usually closer to 80) / 25MB up (usually closer to 35). That includes the no data cap option.

I can go full Gig+ (1200 / 300) for a little more than double that (200 CDN), but honestly I don't need more than what I have. Anything I download I tend to use a download program and have it do it's thing overnight.

I do this almost every year, and they keep the price as low as the one new costumers get. They increase it monthly little by little and you end up paying twice or more what you would if you just took a new line here.

I pay $20.77 USD for 50/50 no data caps either.
