That's right, or even private giveaways. But, honestly, if a small group circlejerks among themselves to increase CV you can usually see it without group names.

No, now it's harder. In SGv1 - there was enough to have 2 entries, so you was able to make private giveaway with two friends and boost CV. Now, limit is increased to 5 entries.
But, I'd really like to see the groups of giveaways. It's more convenient this way. And, as mentioned, there is a group names in giveaways won section... it's strange.

Since we cant see whats the group of a certain Group GA, no one can really peer if its a group of 3 friends cheating the system...
If you are wondering, yes, ive already busted some like that...
