I'll explain it with my local time to be more easy for me.
Until last week, the bundles were ready to end at 16:00HS by the countdown. The Civilization bundle says that ends at 16:00HS, but the ARMA ends at 15:00HS. So i think the new bundle will be available at 15HS, 1:20HS from now.

Know what we haven't seen in like forever? An Origin bundle! Good chance for EA to hype some more people with some of the previous Mass Effect games now that we're less than 20 days from Andromeda's release

With SoM priced $4.99 in Bundle Stars it does not seem unlikely that it might be in Humble Bundle (but maybe in BTA).
