You can only screenshot everything or any part of the monitor that you can see. Lightshot might not be ideal for everyone, but I just shot a suggestion, since Lightshot is both easy and quick to screenshot then upload.

Why would anyone click an scr file? Stop spreading viruses.
Also, why use lightshot if you can just use snipping tool and upload it to imgur? Is there any reason to use an extra tool to do screenshots?
