If someone creates a giveaway of a non-bundle game now and later on it gets added to the bundles list, will the contributor value of the giveaway creator drop? or once it gets registered it's never removed?

No, bundle games start to count as such retroactively since it started. Not since they are added to the list.

Bundle list gets backdated to the moment the bundle is created. If you created the giveaway before you won't lose contributor value.

So for example all the people that are creating Killing Floor bundles right now, their value will drop once it gets added to the list... But the people who created killing floor bundles a year ago, won't be affected. Am I correct?

Thanks Don

If it were to get added to the list and if the last weekly deal was any indication, it will not.

Nope, HumbleBundle Weekly-Sale counts not as a Bundle!

What makes you think it doesn't?

Because its not a "Bundle" in the SG-meaning..its a weekly sale.

So, if you create a giveaway with those games (Red Orchestra 1+2, Killing Floor) you'll get all the contributors points, right?

Not for RO1 as it's been bundled in the past. But RO2 and KF will get you full CP. Unless they decide to change that and add them later on.

So I guess the question now is, does the weekly humble sale games gets added to the Bundles list?

Shobo (person in charge of bundle list) said he would not add them in a thread last week.

If that's true then he lied.

It's reacting to a new situation. When humble weekly started it was Bastion, 1 game for $10. Now the humble weekly became nothing else but a regular bundle, with way higher discount and BTA system.

I also have a question :)
the freehold i.e, $25 is on whole contributor value of the account or for just that particular game from that giveaway or for that particular bundle?
Thnx

with bundle games only your account can reach a max of $30. After that you have to give away non-bundle list games or full bundles (like a complete indie gala) to raise your contributor value further. Bundle games will still give you 20% of non-bundle value. Lets say you gave away $75 of non bundle and $75 of bundle games, your value is $75+$25(bundle value without penalty)+$10 (20% of $50).

One question, if you create a giveaway with the games that are available now in the Weekly Humble Bundle (Red Orchestra 1+2, Killing Floor), will you get the full contributors points?

If a game is given away prior to it's inclusion in a bundle, you will be credited in full for it. Giving a bundle game before the staff had the chance to add it to the bundle list won't work however, as it counts retroactively to the start of the bundle.
