The value that actually counts for levelling up is reduced if the games given away were bundled or discounted at 85% or greater at any time before the start of the giveaway. So the first guy in your example gave away more games that were new or simply unbundled.

So if we bought a bundle , and the bundle is finish , do they calculate from the normal price , or it will be still discount price ?

Give away games to level up (real value = experience), but only if you can afford it. There's no reason to feel like you need to giveaway games if you can't afford it.

Any game that is bundled or have received over 85% discount on sale gets only 15% value add to your cv, so if you gift a 100$ bundled game you get 15$ CV added.
If you gift a non-bundled game you get full value so start giving them away so you can level up faster.

The cutoff point is 95%, but it's enough for it to be discounted at 95% anywhere in the world compared to US prices. With the free-fall the Russian Ruble has seen, it's enough for the game to be discounted ~85% (heck, might be less these days) for it to be considered bundled. That's why it's good for your CV if a game gets its first heavy discount on an "alternative" source that does not sell to Russia with Russian prices, like say Wingamestore. It can get a 94% discount there and the game will still not get on the bundle list.

Bundling can be retroactive so to proactively counter that use enhanced steam or steamdb and look at russia or india's prices. If their DC value is about 95% of US value then consider it bundled. This sale a couple of 80% sales were bundled thanks to russian pricing.

i check your bundle control link , why tomb raider anniversary , tomb raider legend etc. doesn't seem in bundle :D it is bundle in humble bundle now , isn't it ?

It takes time for them to update the list. But even though they are not on the list yet, doesn't mean they aren't considered bundled if you make giveaways of those games now.

i see one guy that he has 10 giveaway and it is 100$ value , he was 3 lvl , and see other guy he has 20 game and 300 $ value but 2 level , how it works ? how can i get level faster ?
