If you're going to work tired or sleep deprived, it can lead to personality issues, grouchiness etc. If both the manager and the whole team are having problems with you, if may be worth your time determining who among the team seems the most down to earth or least judgmental, befriending them and simply asking them. And of course it's always possible that it's just self consciousness and it's all in your head if you're nervous about having a new manager/team.

Happy cake day! Sorry to hear about your current working conditions. I had a crappy boss who created a hostile environment for most of the workers. It sucks. My only option, since he was head boss, was to find another job. If you're committed to your job, you can maybe ask* your current manager for specific feedback, let her know that you're willing to work on things she points out. If she's claiming you aren't a team player, let her know you feel a little isolated being the only dude on the team, but you'd be open to office parties or other "hang out" events to get to know people better. But do know that she might just have it out for you, and your attempts to play nice and appease her might not work. You may have to find ways to just cope with it, or move on to another job.
*Edited typo. Please don't ass her. That probably won't help.

I would ask to talk to your manager and tell them that you feel like you are not getting along well with the team and ask them for suggestions, say that it has been hard moving to a new team but that you want to be part of that team. It shows that you care and want things to be better and leaves place for your boss to show you if there is something you are doing that may rub him/her the wrong way. The key to this is to be really humble about it the whole way through.
If, after a few weeks, this doesn't work, would it be possible to try to transfer to a new team? At that point you've tried but personalities are just getting in the way too much. You can't be as effective if there are personality conflicts between you and your team.
P.S. Just curious, do you know why I was blacklisted? I'm assuming it's a ratio issue, left a job to finish up uni and haven't found one since I graduated so funds have been tight for a bit.

Oh, thank you! Wasn't really interested in the titles you were giving away, mainly just curious for the reason behind it, if you happened to remember. Regardless, I appreciate the removal. Once I get a job, you'll get a better than average chance at some of my giveaways :)
EDIT: You were already whitelisted!

It's a pretty serious issue... if the manager is an asshole per se, there's little you can do, being the new guy in a group is hard and, unfortunatelly, most teams are dicks with new guys, which doesn't make this easier. I suggest to just prove yourself to them, show them you can be a valuable member of the team, they should treat you like an equal then, if that doesn't work, maybe just transfer if it's possible.

and if you have a spare moment... i'm having some troubles at work, my manager kinda hates me... any advice on how to improve the relationship with your manager and your team?
edit: a bit of context is needed, sorry for that:
With my previous Manager I got zero issues, nothing at all. I then got a new manager since 6-7 months, and a whole new team to be part of. We are all reporting to this manager. I ve been told I am not that good at being a team player and that I am bad with people.
Now I agree I am not a really outgoing person but the way things are presented really makes me feel like a huge a**le and horrible human.... Also, I am the only male so when they talk, most of the times I cannot partecipate as I'm not really an expert in makeup, good local hairdressers and such things
