Just download Opera, activate the VPN to some NA region, use a random park address. Worked for me. It's just region limited to put in the cart, not activate.

Thanks, I think I've read your opera comment or maybe someone else's haven't tried with that, but tried these and failed miserably :P
Anyhow, if it's 'limited' region it wont let me put it in the cart, so can't actually close the deal.
Even found some other regions where the game didn't show up in the store, just internet cafe 2 (but not the 1st one). Weird.

Does anyone have a list of what regions Fanatical isn't giving it to? I'd try a that-region-only GA if I had the list.
