No, the timing was about right.

Judging from the comment above, I wouldn't be surprised if they pulled it because they ran out of keys. If you look at the sales figures, it's more than double all the other bundles currently available.

Probably because of how popular it is and how many keys they have to distribute at one time.

Imagine the card farming that the bot armies are doing with 15,000+ copies of this sold. I'll bet card prices have already dropped to a penny on all these games, even those cheap ones not bundled before.

What do you mean, "over yet"? There have been two, much shorter than normal Happy Hours already. Some people are hoping and waiting that a third will come along because they missed the other two.
