This is why you shouldn't make public giveaways. There are tons of greedy leechers there. Good luck with asking for a reroll though. I know some people who have asked for a reroll 1 month ago and are still waiting. I myself am waiting for a reroll and it has been over a week.

Oh, it was loko? I actually thought it was me who told you that, back when it was relevant anyway. Then yeah, that is an ex-mod then. I'd tone it down to once a week though. The new system should help eliminate the need for bumping as well, but I don't think it's fully finished, so keep it up for now.

Yeah this was way back before any of the other mods received powers. Loko was so swamped with tickets that he told me to bump the urgent ones once a day. I never had issues with unanswered tickets once the other mods received powers though. Hopefully Paul Ryan will make it all better ;)

I also see you made another giveaway which ended 3 weeks ago, but the winned hasn't redeemed it yet. Make sure you mention that in the support ticket since i think the winner has only 1 week to redeem it.
