There have been a bajillion Dota 2 giveaways in the past couple weeks and almost everyone who actually wants it has it already so...I definitely see how that's possible.

Interesting how you even acknowledge how it's "abused" in the description though...

I had about 25 entries in my 2 giveaways and I had to ask for a reroll for both. Beside that 1/2 of the entries already won Dota (1 guy already won 5(!!)xDota)

Most likely because there were so many giveaways with so few entries in each that people would enter multiple Dota 2 giveaways, win one, then forget to remove their entries in the others and end up winning again.

He won his dotas up to 5 days ago. And my giveaway was open for like 6 hours. So he knew what he did.

Not even suspended. I reported them all on their profile but I'm not sure how effective this is at the moment. The only people suspended yet are my "winners". :D
