It is, because a permanent suspension is just a suspension that will not expire on its own, it doesn't mean that we can't lift it (if the suspension is no longer relevant or proven to be made in error).
Although here I wouldn't consider this calling out, since he's not really accused of doing anything, being flamed or anything like that.
