If you received a confirmation e-mail that goes along the lines of

Then when you try to purchase anything under 10$ your checkout should be 0$
For me there was no visual of the 10$ credit on the Amazon site, and ofc there was no coupon. You just pick something after receiving that mail, and it should show you it'll charge 0$ when you're about to buy.

No there is no need to download the app as fas as I know.
A lot of people have stated they are having issues with the promotion working right now if you check the latests comments. They are probably having issues right now.
If I were you I'd wait until I get the e-mail, or double check that BOTH my Amazon Prime membership and Audible membership did get through. (You should have confirmation e-mails for both of them, even if you canceled right away).
If you did everything right all you can do is wait, or check to see if Amazon charges you when you try to buy something less than 10$.

I got DOOM3 BFG Edition & Transformers War for Cybertron.
Not gonna lie: the process was a pain in the 4ss. and I feel like a pinball ball.
Make sure you take off the prime off amazon and also do to the USA audible website, or they will charge you after a month.

Not working in France as far as I know. Well, I can sign in and I suppose I can get the 10$ if I give my credit card informations, but the digital games are "Unavailable : This item is not available for purchase due to geographical restrictions."
I could use the 10$ for another thing, but with the shipping, I suppose the most expensive thing I could get for free would be a pencil, so I'll pass :(
