That's fair, I think I understand and it's something I agree with. You should always just be yourself (and I hope I didn't make you feel otherwise) :) I remember people always asked me to smile and I always told them: "You have to give me something to smile about, I can't smile on command", so annoying :p But it's nice to see you smile even if it's only this once.

Yeah bruh, definitely trying to keep it real here. And it's quite shitty when people ask you to smile, like acting as if your face is their business in any way, or there to please them. I realize they mean well, but it comes out kind of weird anyway.
Next time when some happy-go-lucky person asks me to smile more, I'm going to remember it, and if they post a smiling picture, comment "you should smile less." Let's see how they like that. :P

You can respect yourself as much as you want the majority of people will still hate you and loathe you existence (although I loathe myself enough already that extra loathing won't make a difference). I can't respect myself because my being wasn't meant. Only positive thing is my being lead to the being of 4 others. Messages of "wisdom" are as useful as using sandpaper. This is a costume I'll be wearing at a bachelorette party on Saturday. All it's missing is a "golden" earring, and possibly a pistol prop. Sure, it's not the most authentic looking pirate costume in the world, but that's not the main concern (plus, I did it on a budget).

It does look like something a biker would wear, rather than a pirate, I know. Sadly finding a mono-coloured red or black one turned out to be really hard, or expensive (seriously not going to spend 20€ on a bandana). I tried to find a second hand shirt or something to cut up and make a bandana out of, but sadly I could not find one made out of a good fabric (I did find a pair of really ugly pants to make the belt out of at least)..
