That most of the community choice games have been already have the discount at the beginning of the sales. Like NS2 was 60% at the beginning of the sale now it's only 40% and now Steam makes NS2 on community choice list and wants us to vote so it can go back to the amount of discount at the beginning of the sale.

A poster in a different thread mentioned another game that had been a daily deal, flash deal, and a community vote choice, all within a few days of each other.

Dungeon Defenders is a 75% Flash deal right now. It was a 75% daily deal a few days ago. Limbo is a 75% daily deal right now, and it was briefly 75% off last week as well.
