It kind of just creeped up on me. I wasn't even aware of it, but a kind individual (MyrXIII) wished me a happy cake day, and so I ran away to go put a train together instead. You can all thank him/her/they for this train, not me, since it completely slipped my mind.
It's a level 0-3 train, with easy-to-step-off links for those of you who might get caught behind various level-related blockades. But I kept it at fairly low levels so almost all active forum members can have a shot at the games. (I also did clear my entire blacklist, because everyone deserves another chance.)
