Trying to Create a Giveaway for SpaceChem

I can't get the game "SpaceChem" http://store.steampowered.com/app/92800/ to pop up on the game list in the giveaway creator.
It's going for $9.99 on steam, although I see it was bundled at one time. SpaceChem has very positive feedback and is a legit game. Why is it not showing up on the game list?

It's because it was free at one point in time.
Can't make giveaways for free games here.

Interesting, but it is no longer free? I did not get it free and I will find another way to gift this away of course, but it is a shame if someone would have wanted to play SpaceChem and now no one can give it away on SG.

It's removed from the list once it's free to keep people from hoarding keys and using them later to farm CV/levels.
