in amazon referral links (any link that has &tag= in it) the person who owns the referring account gets 5-15% of the amount purchased using that link. So if people buy $100 worth of videogames using your referral link you'll get $5-$15 back.

It does look like he removed the referral link though, so no worries anymore. This happens a LOT with amazon links mostly because few people know what their referral links look like.

They added a Steam key for Tomb Raider Underworld. I contacted support and they added the Steam key to my account!

The two DLC are just with the game, not mentioned anywhere, but it's in your Steam library when you check.
As for the Underworld Steam key, I asked them back on Sunday, and they delivered me a key yesterday.
