1-If you giveaway a game which is recently bundled and haven't been added on bundle list you get full value until the game is added on bundle list. Then your cv will drop.
2-If there is more than ~%80 sale on steam store Russian prices go below %95 of American price so It will be added on bundle list later so again same as above.
3-If a game removed from steam store you will get 0P for it. I guess this will cause it too. (I am not sure about this correct me if i am wrong)

It's like those MMOs where you lose XP when you die...except the culprit here is a bundle, and the victim my CV! The only way to fix this is with a Scroll of Giveaway! This is far from a normal scroll though...it's +1! You may have to dig around a bit for that +1, but it shouldn't be too hard...here goes nothing then...
