I'm looking to give away One Piece Pirate Warriors 3 Gold Edition and One Piece Pirate Warriors 4 Deluxe Edition to One Piece fans. For everyone who comments their favorite One Piece moment, One Piece Arc, or a reason why you love One Piece, I will whitelist you. Please comment a short (or long if you prefer) explanation for your choice and don't just say Enies Lobby for instance. Also, please refrain from listing spoilers during or after Wano as I'm currently about half way through the Wano arc. If you haven't seen the anime or read the manga but have seen the Netflix series and want to play one of the games just tell me something you enjoyed about the Netflix series. I will leave this thread open for 1 week and close it next Saturday 6/29 when I wake up, then do a giveaway of the games after.

Update 6/29: I've started the giveaways and will no longer be adding anyone to my whitelist. The giveaways are open until 7/3 so please enter before then. I will keep the discussion open in case anyone wants to vote/comment after the giveaway is over. Thank you to everyone who commented, I enjoyed reading everyone's favorite arcs/moments!

Water 7/Enies Lobby for me are the best One Piece arcs. Many conflicts and situations are introduced that fill us with all kinds of feelings from beginning to end. Like Robin's "disappearance", Merry's farewell and of course the fight between Luffy and Usopp.

honestly i was underwhelmed by fishman island. we never really got to see anything or their town or its people. it just all passed by so fast with no direction on their culture or way of life. i will say the same for dressrosa, after time skip its like Oda just warp speeded the next 3 or 4 islands

it wasnt like pre-time skip. where no matter how small the island, we were forced to go through it slower and get a feel for it and learn some history about the place

There are quite a few nice moments in the manga and in every arc you can find something. If I would have to chose some aside from the obvious ones:

  • Sogeking sniping the marines at the Gate of Justice perplexing the soldiers about the supposed impossibility. All that while standing on top of a crumbling tower and using a slingshot
  • Luffy figuring out where the golden bell is and being hellbent on ringing it. Not to free Skypia but to confirm Nolan's descendant that Nolan wasn't a liar.
  • Nami helping Luffy to get up on the beanstalk despite the enemy being a self-proclaimed god.
  • Nami not being able to deny her captain's dream even at the risk of being killed by Ulti.

I guess I have a soft spot for the great moments of the side character. Nami is interesting in that point. Despite her supposed greed and egoism, she shows where her loyalty is when challenged, especially when she is facing the hard consequences.

I love Thriller Bark arc for Binks no Sake(original jap ver good, but rus fandub was good too, try it(I cried when I listened to it for the first time), coz that moment so emotional for me, like a moment with Robin in enies lobby, nightmare Luffy was OP too, I still think that power up, it was better than gear 4 (g2/g3/g5 OP but 4.... looks like final version nine tails form of Naruto)

Personally it's when luffy, then others started to make their way to f*cked up Arlong, after seeing nammy crying
Damn, through the walk, the characters design and the music, you kinda felt the powerful resentment that was about to be unleashed.

Basically every emotional moment is my favorite and the reason I fell in love with One Piece and kept coming back after so many years, it has been my companion, nakama if I may, since I was a little kid (I'm 29).
To name just a few, because there are so many:

  • Nami stabbing her arm and asking Luffy for help
  • Dr Hiruluk's speech and calling Chopper his son
  • Robin's "I want to live" and her backstory
  • Merry's goodbye
  • The Straw Hats' separation in Sabaody and (even though it happens later) Luffy's "I still have my friends"
  • Ace's death
  • Law's backstory
  • The Mink's loyalty and "Raizo is safe"

I'm currently in the middle of Wano, too. Favorite arc would probably be Punk Hazard/Dressrosa. Law's one of my favorite characters, and just watching him struggling with how chaotic the Straw Hats are is always fun - and of course, we get a lot more out of his character in Dressrosa. Wano would either be tied or a close second, since I love a lot of characters in it, too. But really, I don't think there's any arc I don't love, tbh.
