Dungeon Nightmares II : The Memory has been bundled before though. ITAD apparently doesn't pick it up.

ITAD doesn't update everything automaticly, particularly when it comes to these old greenlight bundles. Someone needs to make the changes manually.
I just made the changes for this greenlight bundle, but admin approval is needed until they become permanent changes.

I found another one that isn't update for ITAD: XO-Planets was in Bundle 15: Imagination by LazyGuysStudio. However this is another one of those games where the developer decided to change the name of the game.

In a way it is like a wiki yes, and I'm not involved with ITAD other than being a normal member.
It is free to create account at ITAD. That gives you the ability to do the editing of bundles,
create the missing ones for example https://isthereanydeal.com/specials/interface/bundle/
as well as other useful stuff like price alerts, filtering games you already own etc.
