Hello everyone once again! Here is another wonderful train for all of you. Hope you like it! Long time no see. Things have been interesting these past couple weeks. I wanted to get your help on a matter. I am a straight guy. I have never dated anyone and have never even been on a date. I wanted to get your opinion on what is a good etiquette to use on a date? What is a good attire to use on a first date? Should I pay for everything initially? I want to know things like that to keep in mind. Any help would be very welcome. In any case, I don't want to keep you guys and gals waiting any longer.

The Conductor Beckons!

PS: Add me on Steam if you want, I always like more friends. :)

PSS: Thank you for all your helpful advice, everyone. When I actually go on my first date eventually, I'll definitely make use of it. :)

About the date: Best tips was said by Timobkg in other words just be yourself don't prepare for it like an interview and it's ok to mess up.
Good luck and wish you a fine date.

Sorry for not reading all the comments, but I have already seen good advice. From my (female) side, I can say that it might very much depend on where you're both from (not just country, also background). I think most girls expect you to be very gentlman-ly on a first date but for some it might be too stiff or artificial. I would just say, try not to worry too much, especially after the date. If it went well, then she might reciprocate your feeling but if not, she might still change her mind not long after the date ;)

And thank you for the train (still riding ;))

Exercise more before the date! Muscle makes your body look better.
you can tell her ""you will pay bill" let her make the chose ,
dont just pay bill without let her know, she maybe want share the bill

Buy new clothes because people can always distinguish between new and old clothes

I'll tell you what I told my sons. Always be a gentleman, no kissing on first date. Leaves her wanting more, no rushing, and above all, brush your teeth and be clean and shaved. Take her out to a nice place. Dinner and a movie are great. No advances afterwards either, unless she does. Take it slow.

This thread just made me realise I have never been on a "date" date and I had my share of boyfriends in my life o.o

Not much advice I can give you other than classical be yourself and wear something you are comfortable in that it is also appropriate to wear where you are going. Hope you will have a great time! :)

Sorry, I'm not an expert in such things and can't advise anything new in addition to all the advice in the thread, so just wish you good luck on your first date, hope you'll have a great time! And, of course, thank you for the nice train.

If you don't mind, I'd like to add you on steam, for some reason I was shy to ask earlier :)

Hope your date goes well! I haven't really had one so I can't help you much. Just ... remember that if you go to a restaurant ... pay attention to how they treat the waitress cause that'll give you one of the better first impressions of the person you're going out with.
