After testing out some of the Endless brand titles (Endless Legend, Dungeon of the Endless, etc.) over the free weekend, they now show up in steamgifts as already owned. The games have not only been uninstalled from steam, but there are no licenses for them under my account settings. Only Endless Space picked up from the current giveaway. Any suggestions on how I can possibly fix this?

I did re-sync steamgifts with steam after confirming the lack of licenses, but it had no effect.

Go to accounts, licenses and remove the free trials.

There aren't any licenses for them, free trial or otherwise. It's really odd. The only license is for Endless Space Collection, which is the full game from their current giveaway.

Are they listed as owned on the storefront?

Just looked it up and it indeed claims the games are already in my steam library on the storefront (but not in my actual library). However, if I click "Play Now" the startup dialog box appears briefly, vanishes, and nothing else happens. The game does not play, install, or add a license to the account.

However, that does at least say that the problem isn't steamgifts, it's steam. So if it remains a mystery, I'll probably give it a couple days to see if it's resolved internally before contacting support.

Ah hah, fascinating! So that may explain it. I've never before had a trial still show as owned in the storefront itself after a free weekend expired, so this might be a more extreme case of weirdness, but that helps a lot and does support the idea of just letting it sit for awhile. Thanks.
