Lost Moon (renamed as Enigmoon), my key from Indie Gala's Lethal Mix bundle was duped.
If anyone has an old Lost Moon key they got from a bundle, be it Lethal Mix or another one, could you try to redeem it? I'm wondering if all unused keys from past bundles would turn out to be duped.

Some of these bundles were very old (like 3 years ago), or were from companies like Chrono.gg which are now out of business. So, we need to manually reissue the keys to original buyers, if the keys were not activated in that time.

Well... technically all the bundles I bought were "for my own use" as per their Terms of Service. I don't know if someone on the other end will have some questions about that. V-Rally 4 isn't in my opinion worth finding out how reliable is their customer support. A better game... I could consider raising a fuss. This example - I'll just forget about it eventually.

afaik Fanatical is aware of steamgifts and considers it relatively benign. Pretty sure their main concern for enforcing that personal use clause is to go against people buying bundles and reselling for profit on third party sites unapproved by Steam / Valve.

I think it's very unlikely Indiegala knows what's going on with these old keys they're giving out - there are quite a lot of them that come already used or perhaps revoked by publisher (like Chaos Engine for example - there are plenty reports of duped keys won, but not a single report of a working key). Also, they officially stopped replacing the dupes this year, citing false reports from users trying to get extra freebies this way (not sure how true that is, since, when I asked about dupes, support just asked me how many I needed and provided that number of random keys, without any confirmation of which keys were bad needed. Actually that sounds awfully exploitable too, so perhaps they didn't want to talk about giving random people dozens of keys just for asking).
Anyway, since it must've been the publishers, who revoked the keys, I'll see if there's any response on the games' Steam discussions first (and maybe try to reach out to them on twitter?). If nothing comes out of it, maybe then I'll try my luck with IG's support on the matter.

Once upon a time they used to actually have decent support the few times I needed it, even replacing keys from dishonest devs with at least some silly grab-bag game.
Once upon a time, I also bought pretty much every single bundle they released.
Times changed, dirty devs reneging and revoking paid-for keys increased and IG decided 'not our problem'.
So, now I haven't spent a dime there in years and probably never will again.

I think that this has been already debated a few times on SG regarding physical != digital and ownership != right to use (license).
FilthySouls would still have a (broken) power adapter that he can try to fix himself (or by someone else), tear apart to salvage parts, resell it cheaper "for spare parts" or use it as a paperweight. He'd still own the "goods" he bought.

Due to character limit, time constraints and having to manually create the chart rows, it's very difficult to keep a list on revocations on SteamGifts.
