Is your system being bottlenecked by the CPU I was considering upgrading my 9800 GT to a GTX 560

I don't understand the question? But upgrading like that sounds good if your power supply can take it.
Mine is actually 50watts less than the GPU needs but somehow it works.

Bottlenecking for the CPU means the graphics card is not reaching its full potential. This means there is almost no difference between a 9800 GT and a GTX 290 when playing a CPU limited game like source engine games which rely more on the CPU rather than the graphics card. Example Link - http://www.tomshardware.com/charts/gaming-graphics-charts-2008-q3/Half-Life-2-Episode-2,767.html Shows that a 9800 GT is better than 9800 GTX which means the game is CPU limited

My recylinated-clunkermachine:

Pentium 4 at 3.2 GHz, cutting edge technology!!!

3.24 GB of DDR2 RAM, like, it's everything at amazing speeeeeds!

Generic Dell Motherboard, yay for the three R's!

Acer X213W Monitor

NVIDIA Geforce GT 430, the only thing worth of near value in this thing.

80 GB Western Digital SATA HDD, for main operating system

250 GB Western Digital WD Raptor, for Steam and Game crap.

Some DVD Drive I don't remember installing

Broadcom NetXtreme 57xx Gigabit Controller

That in a nutshell is a complete junker which I've recycled and scrounged parts for time and time again. I also had to replace the thermal paste on my GT 430 once.
